This page describes three products. It has no account, no checkout and no forms, and nothing on it is an offer or an agreement.
The products
Sending a card for grading, and buying or selling on the market, are each covered by that product’s own terms. You agree to those at the point of use. They set out what happens with custody, condition, settlement, payout and disputes, so they are the ones to read.
Trade marks
Product photographs on this site show sealed product and graded cards published by The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai and Riot Games. Those names, marks and artwork belong to their owners. Saikyou is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any of them.
